Wrongful Death/Dram Shop Matter

The case arose from a hit and run accident by a drunk driver who attended a fraternity party at Murray State University. Plaintiff’s estate sued all fraternity members, along with the national fraternity association and an additional set of dram shop defendants. FBT attorneys represented three different fraternity members in the proceedings, including one individual who stopped the driver and asked him whether the driver needed a designated driver as the driver left the premises.
