Frost Brown Todd (FBT), with 11 offices in seven states across mid-America, Texas and Virginia, has added 10 attorneys to its CMBS practice since last October. The group, now comprised of 32 members, represents four of the top 10 CMBS lenders by volume.
The team is led by Barry Hines and John Gragg in the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office. Jim Thompson, formerly with J.P. Morgan and a senior executive at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance, heads a loan origination team out of Richmond, Virginia. The most recent additions to the group are Brittney Crenshaw and Nicole Keller, who both joined the firm on August 10.
