Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Florence Member Michael Nitardy has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential, the global standard in privacy certification. He joins the ranks of some 5,000 professionals worldwide who currently hold one or more certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Nitardy is a member in the litigation department of FBT, where he represents clients in business and commercial disputes. He also helps clients comply with the applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the proper use and disclosure of personal information.
