Biography

Drew assists in obtaining and reviewing searches on parties associated with loan transactions handled by the group. Additionally, he works on other loan related matters, such as ancillary loan document preparation, lease abstracts, purchase and sales agreement summaries, and post-closing documentation preparation to ensure each deal moves toward closing.

At his previous firm, Drew previously worked on residential real estate issues regarding latent defects, construction defects, and various other issues related to the sale of residential properties.

In law school, Drew was Senior Staff for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law (KJEANRL) and he interned and externed with the Fayette County Commonwealthโ€™s Attorneyโ€™s Office in Lexington. During his time with the Commonwealthโ€™s Attorney, he was able to get real world, practical courtroom experience by conducting Good Samaritan hearings, Suppression hearings, and assisting in a robbery trial.
