Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has hired Elise N. McQuain as an associate to join its Charleston office and Product, Tort and Insurance Litigation Practice Group. McQuain has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation throughout the State of West Virginia, including in cases involving alleged violations of the West Virginia Human Rights Act and Consumer Credit Protection Act.
McQuain graduated with high distinction from the Ohio Northern University School of Law in 2013 and attended George Mason University, where she earned bachelor degrees in philosophy and dance in 2010. She is currently serving as a parliamentarian of the West Virginia Symphony League and chairs/co-chairs several of the organization’s events. She is also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles; an international nonprofit organization working to improve communities and make life better for all through numerous programs and charities.
