Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has hired senior associate Milton C. Sutton to join its Government Services practice group in Columbus. Sutton’s practice is focused on information technology, negotiations, public contracts and public records issues. He previously served as litigator in the Ohio Attorney General’s Charitable Law Section, where he handled probate and non-profit law matters. He has also worked for the Department of Administrative Services’ Office of Information Technology, representing Ohio agencies, boards and commissions on a wide range of IT contracts. His primary focus has been data centers, hardware, software, cloud computing, email, telecommunications, voice and data communication services, broadband services, digital payments and privacy and security issues.
Sutton received his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2007. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems in 2003.
