Alex focuses his practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where he represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. His transactional experience also includes assisting attorneys and other legal professionals handling title insurance, survey and zoning due diligence for large multi-property, cross-collateralized loans. Alex received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, cum laude, in 2019, where he also served as the Notes Editor for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. A Louisville native, Alex also received Bachelor’s of Arts Degrees from Centre College in English and Politics in 2015.
