As the Lateral Recruiting Director, Jessica oversees all lateral hiring firm-wide with a focus on partner level searches. Her expertise in legal recruiting, combined with her strong leadership skills, drives the success of our lateral attorney recruitment program. The program is designed to identify, attract, and retain a diverse and exceptional legal workforce. Jessica collaborates closely with the Lateral Partner Recruiting Committee, Department Chairs and Practice Group Leaders to discern current and future staffing requirements. It is Jessica’s goal to ensure a positive candidate experience from the start of discussions to the time the candidate joins FBT.
With a background spanning over a decade in higher education admissions, Jessica possesses extensive experience in recruitment. During this time, she excelled in recruiting students for both her university’s law school and medical school. Her paramount passion revolves around fostering connections and providing unwavering support to the individuals she recruits throughout their professional journeys. The decision to join the Frost Brown Todd family was fueled by the firm’s vibrant culture and its steadfast commitment to fostering diversity.
Served as a direct contributor to launch Frost Brown Todd’s Denver office in 2024.
Recruited the largest summer associate class in the history of the firm in alignment with firm needs and strategic plan.
