As the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruitment, Jessica has firm-wide responsibility for developing and managing the firm’s attorney and law student recruitment program, which is designed to identify, attract and retain a diverse, high quality legal work force. Jessica interacts with Department Chairs and Practice Group Leaders to identify current and future staffing needs, initiates lateral searches, and prescreens law student and lateral attorney applications for employment. She also manages all attorney onboarding as well as the Summer Associate Program.
Prior to joining the Frost Brown Todd family, Jessica spent over 10 years in higher education admissions. During that time, she recruited students at her university’s law school and medical school respectively. Jessica’s true passion lies within bringing people together and supporting the individuals with whom she recruits throughout their careers. Jessica joined Frost Brown Todd because of its dynamic culture and the importance that it places on diversity.
