Biography

Jordan advises clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, private placements of debt securities, asset-based lending, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equipment leasing, and corporate reorganizations. Jordan has experience in the financial services, energy, real estate, aviation, rail, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd LLC, Jordan served as an attorney in a large international law firm in Atlanta.
