Biography

Mary’s has been in the title exam/title insurance/real estate closing business since 1979. Starting as a title examiner for residential property in Clermont County, she eventually examined both residential and commercial properties in Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland and Warren Counties in Ohio and Boone, Campbell, Grant, Kenton and Pendleton Counties in Kentucky. Mary moved into the office in the late 1980’s and became licensed to write title insurance in March of 1991.

Mary has been handling multi-site, multi-state and multi-million dollar transactions for over 25 years. Her experiences include coordinating: 1) the multi-million dollar refinance of 34 properties in seven states for a local company; 2) the purchase and synthetic lease financing of 65 properties for a national lending institution; and 3) the compilation of properties and financing of several shopping centers.

Though Mary works on closing transactions nationwide, she routinely works on transactions in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky has extensive knowledge of procedures and underwriting practices for this area of the country.
