Michael focuses his practice on assisting private and public entities in various real estate matters including property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management. Prior to joining FBT, Michael served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John E. Hoffman, Jr. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. There he conducted research for opinions and aided in resolving complex issues arising in bankruptcy cases. Michael was also a Summer Law Clerk with the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office where he gained experience researching and drafting memoranda while rotating through various divisions.
Michael graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While completing his J.D., he served as an online editor for the Ohio State Law Journal and provided transactional legal services in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
