Mike’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions and commercial finance. His work includes handling property acquisitions and sales, drafting and negotiating lease agreements, and assisting with real estate development—particularly in the industrial/warehouse sector. In addition, Mike represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing matters, such as real estate-based lending transactions, workouts, and construction loans. His ability to bridge the complexities of real estate and commercial finance enables him to deliver integrated solutions that effectively align with his clients’ goals. Mike also has experience representing government entities in connection with properties operated for public and quasi-public purposes.
Mike graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he served on the Ohio State Law Journal and provided transactional legal services in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic.
