Nicole is a distinguished senior attorney whose practice spans a broad spectrum of complex corporate, transactional, and governance matters. She has achieved notable success in private practice and as the general counsel and corporate secretary of a $650 million, private equity-backed global chemical distribution company with operations in the US, Europe, India, and China. In this role, Nicole was solely responsible for managing all of the company’s legal, human resource, and regulatory affairs. Her extensive experience includes managing acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, corporate integrations, a full range of commercial transactions, health, safety, and environmental matters, corporate governance, securities and exchange compliance, crisis management and risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and licensing at local, state, and national levels, and representing borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions.
