Her extensive experience includes managing acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, corporate integrations, a full range of commercial transactions, health, safety, and environmental matters, corporate governance, securities and exchange compliance, crisis management and risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and licensing at local, state, and national levels, and representing borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions.
