Biography

Stephen concentrates his practice in estate planning, asset protection planning, wealth transfer planning, charitable gift planning, and business succession planning. He also assists families with estate administration through probate and trust administration.  Steve counsels and works with clients to implement comprehensive estate and protection planning which includes the use of revocable and irrevocable trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts, beneficiary trusts, limited liability companies, residence trusts, private family foundations, and charitable remainder trusts to meet family objectives.

He also has experience in planning for distributions from retirement plans and IRAs.  Stephen enjoys the challenges of working with a wide variety of client issues from young families to high-net worth individuals and families to business owners.  His experience and knowledge help clients protect their legacy and family.
