Biography

Valerie is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s Louisville office, focusing her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, where she represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. Valerie received her juris doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2021, her master’s degree from the University of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce in 2016, and her bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University in 2015.
