Warren practices corporate and commercial law in the energy and natural resources area. He has spent over 30 years practicing primarily in the mining and energy space serving the coal, oil and gas, electric utility, and hard rock material industries. In recent years, he has devoted an increasing percentage of his practice to assisting utilities, developers, land and mineral owners transform properties for renewable energy projects (including solar and wind farms), mitigation banks, carbon offset programs, hemp production and other alternative uses.
Warren also regularly represents clients in aircraft transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, fractional interest programs, time sharing and co-ownership arrangements, and on related FAA, financing, structuring and tax issues.
