West Virginia’s New Health Care Fraud Initiative

Our well-balanced team of trial attorneys draws on over 30 years’ experience defending medical malpractice lawsuits, with historic successes trying cases to verdict and defending our results on appeal. We represent health systems, hospitals and other care providers in medical malpractice litigation involving everything from wrongful death and birth trauma to delayed diagnosis and products liability claims.
