Frost Brown Todd represented Dot Foods in the development of a major distribution center in Idaho, and the procurement of local real estate incentives for the project. Our work included the negotiation and documentation of a development agreement, procurement of block grants and the negotiation and documentation of tax increment financing through a bond issue.
