Bethany practices primarily in the Lexington office and is a part of the Tax, Benefits, and Estates Practice Group. She focuses her practice on gift and estate tax planning and federal tax planning.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Kentucky Law Journal as well as volunteering with the law school’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Bethany worked at a large regional firm in Nashville, TN as a part of their tax practice group. Additionally, she interned with the Office of Chief Council for the Internal Revenue Service in Phoenix, Arizona and worked on some of the first medical marijuana tax cases in the state.
Before law school, Bethany worked in higher-education fundraising at DePauw University, Eastern Kentucky University, and the EKU Center for the Arts.
