Biography

Michael primarily practices in the areas of commercial and real estate financing transactions. He also concentrates in real estate law, general corporate and business law, major contract drafting and other transactional matters. He represents clients in the acquisition and financing of major commercial, retail, office, industrial and multi-family projects.

His major client industries include: major local and national financial institutions and life insurance companies, public and privately held corporations, general and limited partnerships, multifaceted financial service companies, municipalities and private individuals.
