Shuqing focuses her practice on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities and real estate financing. She represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions nationwide. In law school, she externed with the Ohio Attorney General Antitrust Section. She was also a student attorney in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono transactional legal services to Ohio-based startups and non-profits, including initial organization and formation, capital structure and equity issuances, equity financing, trademarks, tax exemption and other corporate and intellectual property matters. In addition, she had experience in the legal areas of data privacy and regulatory compliance at a firm.
