Biography

Kaitlin is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Tax Practice Groups, focusing on compliance with a variety of laws, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Internal Revenue Code, and Code Section 409A, among others. During her time in law school, Kaitlin served as a Staff Editor for the Washington University Law Review and as a student attorney in the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Before law school, Kaitlin spent three years in Istanbul, Turkey, where she worked at a boutique international dispute resolution firm.
