As a member of the insurance industry team, Nikki works with a variety of clients to help resolve regulatory and compliance issues and assists entities with market conduct actions and risk mitigation, including structuring and implementing organizational processes and controls. Nikki provides guidance and hands-on assistance in all aspects of both accident and health and property and casualty insurance products, including plan structure, marketing methods, disclosure requirements and licensing. She has experience in assisting insurance industry clients navigate regulatory investigations, including MAWG and multi-state examinations, as well as product, form and rate filings and the SERFF platform. She also has extensive involvement in addressing complex jurisdictional issues faced by the insurance industry with respect to products facing multi-jurisdictional/international regulatory schemes.
Nikki also has experience in assisting all types of insurance industry clients, including insurance carriers, managing general agents, third party administrators, insurance producers and non-insurance entities such as retailers. She supervises large-scale document and data management projects and assists clients in implementing an efficient workflow catered to their specific needs, and has experience in providing operational oversight to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
