Mick is joining the Washington, D.C. office
Decorated public servant Mitchell McGeever “Mick” Zais has joined CivicPoint. He will serve as a Principal based in Washington D.C. Zais recently served as Deputy Secretary of Education and prior to that was the South Carolina State Superintendent of Education. In his capacity as State Superintendent, Zais was credited with increasing South Caroline’s graduation rates to an all-time high. He is a West Point graduate and retired Brigadier General after serving 31 years in the military. He has his Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
